Very demanding. Management decisions are not always logical from a developer's point of view (taking on a lot of work while the development team is understaffed).

Softwater Engineer
The online test on HackerRank was followed by a technical interview. The results were out in an hour. Next, an MR round with a senior engineer took place, followed by an HR interview.
Software Engineer
Two technical interviews, similar. At first, they ask you about yourself, then they talk about the company. After that, they ask you about some project you did in the past. Then, 1-2 coding problems.

The interview was pretty okay and wasn't too hard. Hopefully, I will pass. It was mostly about strings and personal experience, but I did not feel they were too advanced. This was for a child company of Cisco.
