Existing leaders were great in terms of holding Cisco's principles and values. However, with the latest introduction of new leaders, things have started falling apart. The company is failing because of poor directors' strategies. It hurts when directors, especially folks from India sitting in the US, don't hear feedback from the team to improve the products and deliverables. It seems like they are only concerned about their paychecks. Such negative bosses are eating up the company.
