Freedom

Some good people that create a community.

Good Benefits

Cons

No recognition.

Lots of managers who are just yes men.

The folks on the front line getting work done are second class to people who just talk a lot.

No promotion.

Stock is falling.

No one really cares anymore.

Advice to Management

Stop bringing weak persons in at higher pay than people already doing the job.

Cut management.

Reward performers doing the job.

John Chambers has to go.
