Not much, except that the company is going through a transition right now to evolve to where it needs to be in the software-driven world, but still maintaining its dominance in infrastructure. It will take time, but it will get there.

Some managers sometimes do not share what's going on better. Mentorship in my case was minimal and not conducive to success. But I know that this is an exception.

New employees from other companies bring a fresh perspective.

Currently, there seems to be a lot of talk of innovation and evolution, but still stuck with the older employees' paradigm of doing business the old way.

It has evolved from a hardware world to a software-defined, cloud world. Cisco needs to get there fast.
