Cisco has great work-life balance, both compensation and benefits-wise.
Although the salary can be higher, I got the opportunity to join Cisco after they acquired the startup I worked for, and the overall experience was good. I got to understand the sales cycle of a corporate and influence the product's future.
Cisco is a huge corp, which makes all decisions take longer. It moves slowly but surely, unlike the startup mentality I was used to.
