Escalation Engineer
The interviewers were so nice, and that was a great experience I had with Cisco. The interview was great and took 2.5 hours with 4 interviewers. It was my dream company, but they hired an internal Cisco employee.
Senior Solutions Architect
Very structured questioning and verification of skillset. Interviewed by other peers on the team, management's peers, and the practice director. Overall process took 6 months, as they typically freeze hiring in Q4.

Coding interview: 1. Regular expression matching 2. String with a common prefix 3. Reverse a doubly linked list in better than O(n) time. The interviewer was nice and friendly. The whole process was smooth and professional.
