If you have the right boss, it's your job to make it what you want. You have a lot of flexibility in how you carry out your job.
No real direction, support is sometimes lacking, no labs to test equipment.
Time to get the best people and get off the DEI train. Invest in training future architects in all local schools. We need more women in STEM, and that starts with getting them excited in school.
