I experienced a healthier team at Cisco.
I don't have any cons to mention here.
Panel interview with two Cisco employees on the call. One of them seemed very disinterested, while the other was going through the list of questions. I don't recall any difficult questions.
I completed the online assessment first. Then, there was a site interview, which included an individual session and a group session. The site interview lasted from morning until afternoon, with breaks for lunch and other activities.
They rejected me for false reasons. First, they gave me a project, and I delivered. Then, they just rejected it with no valid reason. I believe they conduct interviews as a formality, but they already know who they want to hire.
