The process was good, but I was unable to get selected. I received an email after the Cisco Codethon, and then I completed an online assessment. After that, I was interviewed by an experienced individual currently working at Cisco.
I conducted four interviews. They went smoothly, but we didn't agree on the working mode. I wanted remote, but they changed their mind at the end and required three days onsite.
Fewer rounds of technical interviews, but they are a bit difficult to clear. They mostly test your analytical and debugging skills. There will be a written test for technical roles, even if you have several years of experience.
