For everything, engineering is responsible, starting from AS/TAC work to bug fixing, etc.
No proper recognition of values. Every 2 years, once a hike if you are lucky.
If you say you are leaving, you will get a hike though.
Change the way you treat your employees with respect to recognition, work, etc.
