Lots of politics, stack ranking, not easy to advance. And MOST OF ALL, a lot of people seem to treat TAC as a temp job while they hunt for other jobs. Well, it was my first job out of college, so it may be that other jobs are also like that.
Go easy on coercing employees into shifts. Make it clear that holiday/weekend work is optional. Remove stack ranking; it is such BS!
