Cons

There is a lack of training for the daily basis job. You will be faced with CU, and most of the time, without proper training. There is no formal training. Some engineers get promotions even if they do not deserve them, with no salary increase at any time.

Cisco is based on job grades, and there is no easy way to get a promotion. The process to get a promotion is not clear.

Advice to Management

Focus on people. Implement a way to give feedback to the management team.
