Cisco is based on job grades, and there is no easy way to get a promotion. The process to get a promotion is not clear.

It was 3 tech rounds and 1 manager round. All questions were related to the scenario, based on networking. Topics included VPN, Proxy, Firewall, and basic networking. The manager round was very easy.
