In our region, the salary isn't competitive. Thus, it would make engineers feel that they don't have much superiority and competitiveness, even if we support advanced technologies. To some degree, it cannot reflect an engineer's value exactly from the perspective of revenue.

Provide more internal technical and soft-skill training for employees to promote their capabilities. The competitive salary should be provided to match the work complexities relative to other junior roles.
