Quite nice coffee for free.

Cons

Just a number, inexperienced managers, they will outsource you for somewhere cheaper.

Advice to Management

Cheapest isn't always best. Customers pay premiums for Cisco because of the (used to be) great support. Most support comes from the same place now, so there's no point.
