You have a pretty good balance between your personal and work life, in addition to continuing to learn many things.
Similarly, the benefits and compensation are quite good.
Many times, dealing with clients and the workload can make it feel burdensome. Similarly, forcing people to go to the office when HO (home office) is possible is something that I didn't particularly care for either.
