The pay starts great as a new grad but is quickly average compared to jobs in the area. Since the company is so large, every position or opportunity you will see quite a bit of competition. There is quite a lot of change happening within orgs. As a large company, this is to be expected. However, about every year you will experience layoffs in some departments, new managers, etc. If you don't know how to network, learn it. That's the only way you can stand out in a company this large.
