The company environment is very relaxed, mostly.
As long as you do your work on time, you should be okay.
Work from home is a given.
Make sure you move from one department to another department quickly, i.e., 2 to 3 years at most. Otherwise, you may get stagnant. Be ready for those layoffs.
Management needs to be more technology savvy.
