Pros

The company encourages employees to take risks and allows career movement across different business units. Management makes quick corrections, even if they are sometimes painful.

Cons

It is easy to be lost in an ever-changing organization, going through acquisitions, restructuring, and management's experiments. There are too many redundant projects/products that ended up discontinued. There is too much middle-layer management, which could slow down decision-making.

Advice to Management

To hold senior management more accountable. Instead of competing for funding, they should be encouraged to collaborate and achieve a greater goal. For example, architectural play.
