- Lots of new stuff to learn
- Very good benefits
- Lots of experts you can ask for questions
- Too many politics
- Very slow pace for new projects
- Bad documentation
- New hires are hard to be visible
I am saying a lot. Senior guys are working by talking. More opportunities should be given to newbies and new hires.
