Very smooth. Hiring manager phone screening to find a match. On-site interview by four people for a total of two hours. Interviewers were cordial. Process took less than a month.

Lots of questions on architecture. Plus standing at a whiteboard with a marker, drawing block diagrams and writing code. Also had online programming questions. Impossible to bluff your way through it. Very little personal questions.

It was straightforward. I was provided with a blueprint for the interview and had a designated time to speak for myself. They then assessed me based on the questions they chose to ask.
