Good work-life balance, flexibility for family issues.
Good support system and technically challenging.
Good spirit of trust and personal responsibility.
Cisco doesn't do "big bets" ala Amazon or others to try to grab a new market.
Need to have full stack so decisions can be made and directed locally.
There is a lot of loyalty in staff to Cisco due to good conditions and working environment.
But the corollary to that is we lack new blood to bring new ideas and shake up the groupthink.
