Decent work/life balance, decent salary.
Yearly lay-offs. Seemingly little or no cohesion between BUs. The drive to push all engineering over to Bangalore.
Stop with the daft acquisitions and outsourcing the work.
Tell JC to stop spouting nonsense about the "cisco family." We may have believed him in 2001, but not anymore.
Have someone, anyone, make the BUs talk to each other.
