You can learn a lot of new things there. Please don't kill time in Cisco and find something good for yourself.
A lot of meetings and documents, and I cannot spend much time focusing on coding.
Always say "yes" to upper management, no matter if it can or cannot be doable.
Have layoffs every year and always be prepared you may be impacted tomorrow. Therefore, there is no point in doing good quality work.
Please take the responsibility. If Cisco fails, you guys will also fail!
Mostly from Leetcode medium question in 3 rounds and 2 rounds of design level question and one phone screening. And networking question from past experience. L2/L3 forwarding, MAC learning, IGMP, TCP/IP, L3 routing, Tunneling.
Very smooth. Hiring manager phone screening to find a match. On-site interview by four people for a total of two hours. Interviewers were cordial. Process took less than a month.
Very technically detailed.
