Excellent benefits, flexible working hours (though this goes together with long hours). A lot of support groups are available, though not all may be needed.
It is now too big of a company that almost no one knows who does what.
Senior management sometimes look clueless.
Go back to the roots of the company. Don't waste time on consumer stuff that we clearly do not know how to make money with.
