A big company where you can rather easily move around for different opportunities. You will feel quite differently in different parts of the company, maybe due to all the acquisitions over time.
As with other big companies, it's a slow mover in terms of technology and culture. It's hard to change.
Control the management chain. It's ridiculous to have multiple layers of managers and multiple layers of directors. The company still has less than 100,000 employees; there is no need for 10+ layers between the CEO and the employee.
