Work flexibility, the team is great and has each other’s back. Technology access is good. Good advancement potential.
Still can’t figure out the cloud transition. Not overly excited about vision. Leadership has overly pivoted to worrying more about the state of political issues than actual business, it seems. There should obviously be a balance and everything should be inclusive, but it seems like this is all leadership cares about. The CEO is less than exciting and motivating. I really miss John Chambers’ excitement and bullishness.
Stop trying to catch up to the market and go back to leading the market.

There was no "stump the chump" or intimidation. Good questions were asked during all interviews. The hiring manager was very personable and kind. There was an emphasis on culture and massive growth within the business unit.
