Work with very talented and smart people in a multi-cultural environment. Cisco actually uses its own enterprise and collaboration systems within the company. The result is a dynamic and modern workspace using the latest technologies.
This depends a bit on which team you become part of, but it is a big company with multi-country virtual teams. This sometimes dilutes the team and results in a less personal approach.
There's limited job certainty as a result of regular restructuring. The logic behind who gets laid off is sometimes hard to understand.
