I was lucky enough to skip the initial rounds. I completed a code challenge and then went on-site for what they call Cisco Day. While there, I had two interviews, with the rest of the day dedicated to talks about Cisco's culture and work-life balance

I was directly called for an onsite interview. Couple of guys asked programming questions on the board. They were usually hard questions. The interviewers were friendly guys from different nations. The whole process took about 2 hours.
