Very unstable higher management, frequent org changes. Yearly layoffs. Things are not good after Chambers. Chuck seems to be unstable. No USA opportunity if you don't have approach at higher levels; skill expertise won't help.
Be transparent with employees and encourage them to learn and adapt to new technologies, rather than firing your own people and hiring from outside.
