One phone interview, followed by one on-site interview. There was a technical interview with five people, including two via conference call. Each interviewer asked technical questions, especially about algorithms and problem-solving approaches. I was also asked in great detail about my motivation for joining the company and my background.

Cons: With the opportunity to create high-value work come high expectations. This is not a place where you can sit back, be behind the scenes, and simply punch tickets.
