I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview. During this interview, I was asked basic algorithmic questions and some questions about my CV.
After that, I was invited to another phone screen, which was purely behavioral.
After successfully passing the second phone screen, I was invited to the onsite interview.
The onsite consisted of five interviews. They asked algorithmic questions, some probability, C++ concepts, and many questions about my CV and why I wanted to join Citadel.
Felt like the interviewers were busy; some kept looking at their phones, and some were rude, grilling me on why I wanted to leave my current company and what was wrong with it. One interviewer didn't believe I hadn't seen the problem before because I solved it pretty fast. I received a rejection due to "communication issues" after almost a month of waiting.
