I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks.
The interview process had three technical coding rounds:
- Two rounds were scenario-based coding questions, where I needed to understand the problem requirements, clarify edge cases, design a solution, and implement it during the interview.
- The other round included two LeetCode-style algorithm questions.
Overall, the interview focused heavily on coding ability, problem-solving under time pressure, and communication while working through ambiguous requirements.

Pros: Got to learn a lot about finance through the quants and traders.
Good benefits.
Cons: Hours are hefty; most people work 50+ hours a week.
Culture is not the best, in the sense that most people usually just eat lunch at their desk. There isn't much socializing outside work topics (not completely nonexistent either, but definitely on the lower end).
