I received a referral and was sent the standard online assessment (OA). There was no timeframe provided for when I needed to complete it. I failed the OA and was rejected within a few days. There wasn't much I could do, honestly. The questions weren't worded very well. I would have had a shot if I had understood what was being asked sooner.
