Long working hours. The Head of Operations is an idiot who has no idea how to run things. His job is to just fire engineers every four months and survive.
Most of the people managers working there are just idiots. Instead of firing the talented and smart engineers, you can fire the managers under the CTO, who is a dumb guy from GS as well.
The interview process is standard. 1st round: a standard technical interview. The final round: three more technical rounds (45 minutes each) with standard DSA. Difficulty is ~LeetCode Hard. Final Round: Manager Chat with Prospective Teams.
It went pretty well. They told me to introduce myself, asked me a question about my resume, and then asked a LeetCode Medium question. I did not move forward to the Superday round.
