Compensation and benefits were really good during Covid, treating employees well. Company events are of really high quality, which is something people take for granted. Work can be interesting depending on the team. Most employees are pretty motivated about their work and are very competent.
It takes a certain type of person to work here. You will have to pull longer hours, but there's reward accordingly for this.
