Great career growth prospects. I have seen many strong performers get promoted "out of band". People who demonstrate their capabilities are praised, promoted, and compensated.
Rewarding. The work and the projects taken here are incredibly fun.
Great internal programs. The NXT program gives engineers direct mentorship from the firm's top-level managers and C-level leadership.
Hard to get in. Interviewers are tough.

Software Engineering Intern
The call lasted 45 minutes and involved solving a LeetCode Medium difficulty question. We also discussed your resume at the beginning and allocated time for questions at the end.
Software Engineer
Went through their NXT network and did the OA. It was straightforward, with some trivia on various low-level design and distributed systems knowledge. Then it finished with a fairly simple algorithm question.
SWE Intern
The OA screen and first round weren't too bad, but the final round (before team matching) is a lot harder. Questions can be asked about pretty much any topic. I had some on Bit Manipulation, Statistics, and SQL.
