Fat Paycheck, Miserable Culture
Pre-pandemic: daily lunch. Nice office in the Loop, right off the Dearborn Blue Line.
Insane turnover. People mostly come here out of school for the fat paycheck and leave after 6 months to do something less miserable because of the bad culture. No work-life balance, overly competitive, cutthroat environment.
