The interview process for a software engineering position at Citadel consisted of two rounds of live coding interviews in Python that were one hour each. The interview was conducted over Zoom with screen sharing.

The interviewees do not particularly care about you and will make comments making fun of you if you miss something. The interviews are very fact-based rather than problem-solving based.
