Competitive and prestigious internship, highest pay (one of the highest) for Wall Street CS internships.
The culture at Citadel is how you'd expect, making it a very good internship but probably not the best career for software engineers.
My interview process was relatively short, as I unfortunately did not make it past the initial interview. It was a Zoom call to discuss a coding problem, which I thought I performed decently on.
OA -> Phone Interview -> Onsite. I was rejected after the phone interview. I was asked an LC hard question during the phone interview. I solved it but was still rejected afterward. I don't know why.
Phone call with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview with an easy algorithmic problem. Three final interviews: * 1 coding (LeetCode medium) * 1 technical chat * 1 that is in between coding and system design
