Coming from a larger and more established company, I was a bit nervous to join a startup, especially given current political and economic uncertainty. But after a few months, I'm realizing I definitely made the right decision. While there's certainly a ton of work to do as we grow and scale, I think Clay has a pretty clear path to long-term success. While a lot is expected of employees, we're empowered to make decisions and iterate quickly.
I think the only real con is that there is more work to do than we have people for.
That said, I've never felt an expectation to overwork myself.
