I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
Overall, the interview process was pretty standard, leaning towards easy interviews. The bad experience started after the interviews. I was informed that I passed the interview and there would be a reverse interview. I talked to the EM and it seemed like a good fit. The recruiter told me everything looked good, then later told me that the role required a finance background (I asked this to multiple people and everyone told me that a lot of folks join without any finance experience and it's fine).
Then I talked to some other EM and the talk again went well, but it was radio silence from the recruiter even after multiple follow-ups. I must have spent 20-25 hours between all interviews and meeting various engineers, and they don't have the courtesy to tell me if they don't want to extend an offer. I highly suggest not to waste your time by interviewing there.
