Overall, I really enjoyed ClickHouse's interview experience. It's a pretty standard layout, with a code screener, systems design, behavioral, etc. But it felt like the interviews weren't set up to be difficult and screen me out; it felt like they were trying to get to know me and see how I think when dissecting problems, which I really appreciated.
