Great Culture, Needs Review System

Pros: Great culture. One of the best I have experienced in my 10+ years of career. Decent health and vacation package in addition to the annual Christmas trip for every non-Vancouver employee to the beautiful city of Vancouver.
Cons: Probably adding a performance-based bonus and a formal annual performance review system would be significant.

The feedback loop is consistent, and other devs, managers, and designers actively help you grow and succeed.
Product, design, and development work closely together.
Cons: - Moving too fast and growing fast, so the requirements tend to change more so than other software companies over the course of a project.
- High pressure to deliver.
