First, an HR screen, then a 1-hour on-site interview regarding your own experience. Finally, a 3+ hour on-site talk with 3 different groups regarding security, performance, and co-founder.
It was a nice experience overall, and the last round was a little too stressful.

Pros: There are great opportunities to prove and improve yourself as a developer.
In general, the engineering department is awesome, as it encourages excellence, growth, and a feedback culture that helps me grow professionally.
That said, the managers and leaders also understand that we are human, so I find the work-life balance really good (as a software developer).
Cons: There is a mandated one day a week in-office policy, which can be a con for those who prefer remote-only work.
