Really smooth process. Recruiter call and then four final rounds: Coding, System Design, Behavioral, and Culture Fit. The recruiter and interviewers are kind, professional, and showed up on time. The coding task isn’t LeetCode style, and you are allowed to use the internet to solve the problem.

Pros: Very collaborative environment between technical and non-technical employees. People have ownership in what they do and are always encouraged to take risks with the end goal of improving the customer experience.
Of course, free beer and lunch always helps.
Cons: Sometimes, people play too many games.
