HR sends you a 1-question easy Codility test. If you pass the test (get a 100), you go to the first of the three rounds of interviews.

First is the HR round, where HR schedules a 30-minute call with you and asks you about your resume and why Clio.

If you get past that, you have a programming interview where they give you 1 simple task to complete. You screen share and walk them through the process.

If you get past that, on the same day as the programming interview, they schedule a cultural interview where you talk to a Clio employee and they ask you behavioral questions.
