Pros: - Extremely flexible work schedule
- Great manager support
- Friendly co-workers and teammates
- Very collaborative culture
- Phenomenal pandemic response
- Beautiful office
Cons: Not much, really. The salary was a little low, but that's on me for not negotiating. The benefits were excellent and made up for it.
