The interview process came in 4 parts:
The first part comes after the resume screening. If chosen, you will be asked to do an online coding assessment in your programming language of choice.
If you do well on that assessment, you will move on to the HR interview.
If you pass the HR interview, you will participate in a paired programming interview with a senior dev or manager to see how you think and problem-solve.
The last stage is a culture fit interview where you will get to meet and talk to someone more senior in the organization. This stage is less about your credentials (your technical skills were already assessed in the previous steps) and more about who you are and how you fit in.
