The Clio interview process is straightforward and, in my opinion, easier compared to other companies.
First stage is a phone screen where the recruiter chats with you for 30 minutes about your interest in the role, eligibility for the role, and tells you more about the position.
Second stage is in two parts and happens on the same day. First, a 1-hour technical where you have to pair-program with another engineer to solve a problem. Use your own IDE and language you feel comfortable with; review the basics, and you'll be fine.
Second part is a 30-minute culture fit interview where you're asked some standard behavioral questions. Do your best to tie it into company values and also make yourself stand out.
Can't give specifics, but nothing was hard or disproportionate to the expected skill level of an intern.
