Clio has an amazing culture, thanks to so many great people working there. This makes you want to go to work instead of having to.

The CEO's vision is always inspiring and they want you to do better. If you don't like something, you can provide constructive feedback to pretty much anybody.
Great office space, even though it's in Burnaby. It's easy to get there (from Downtown) and makes you focus on creating great stuff as opposed to thinking how to escape your daily work. Work-life balance gets another kudos: you can make sure to follow your dream hobbies while being able to manage to work at Clio!

Had a call with the recruiter, and then the second round was technical. One coding interview (LeetCode easy) and system design. Overall, they were friendly. Didn't make it past the technical rounds. Be sure to use time wisely in technical rounds.
Recruiter Screen – Intro chat about your background and the role. Technical Interview – Live coding session with real-world problems. System Design – Design and architecture discussion. Culture Add – Behavioral interview to assess team fit and val
Well-thought-out interview. Good questions and well-trained interviewers. There was a screening, a technical problem, a system design problem, and a question panel. Enjoyed the process, although interviews are always stressful.
